Ubisoft has announced Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon: Future Soldier. The new game in the Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon franchise is being developed by the same award-winning team that created the Advanced Warfighter series.

Future Soldier is said to take a large step forward from the traditional Ghost Recon series. The game will feature advanced prototype weaponry, world leading technology, and sophisticated single and multiplayer game modes.

There will be a multiplayer beta version available for download by summer 2010. So far only those who purchase Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell Conviction when it is released on 16 April 2010 for the XBOX 360, will be given the option to download the beta version.
