Sega and Platinum Games has finally put a release date on their sci-fi gears of war look-alike. It is set to be released on the 19 October for North America and on the 20th for the rest of the world for the Xbox 360 and PS3.

Vanquish is a third person shooter that follows a man named Sam, who takes on robotic enemies to put an end to the energy feud between the United States and the Russians. The game looks extremely well detailed and a huge emphasis on action.
