Platinum Game’s Vanquish, which is being described as the sci-fi Gears of Wars will have a demo available on PSN and Xbox live next week Wednesday.

The demo will be one level long and will end in a boss fight against “Argos”. The level is called Velocity Attack and will allow players to use the fast paced knee sliding cover system as well as some futuristic weaponry. It will be playable in either casual or difficulty modes.

Vanquish is set to release on 22 October 2010 for PS3 and 360.
